If the Client disrupts the design process or becomes uncooperative or difficult to work with, Plushbeautyco. reserves the right to cancel the project without providing a refund.
If the Client is dissatisfied with the outcome of a project, we will make every effort to address their concerns during the design process. However, dissatisfaction with the final product does not qualify for a refund. Clients must express any concerns prior to project completion.
