Revision Policies

Website Revision Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient design process, the following revision guidelines apply to all website design projects:

1. Included Revisions

Each project includes 3 rounds of revisions during the design phase. This allows you to review the design and request changes before final approval.

2. What Counts as a Revision?

A revision includes design adjustments like font changes, layout tweaks, photo replacements, or color updates. Major structural changes (like adding new pages or redesigning the layout after approval) may be billed separately.

3. Revision Requests

All revision requests must be submitted in writing (via email or client portal) to keep track of feedback clearly and efficiently.

4. Timely Feedback

To avoid delays, feedback should be submitted within 3 business days of receiving each draft. Delayed responses may push back the timeline.

5. Additional Revisions

Extra revisions beyond the included rounds are subject to an additional fee of $[insert amount] per round or quoted based on the scope of changes.

6. Final Approval

Once the final design is approved, any changes requested afterward will be treated as a new project or billed as an update service.
