Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued except under the conditions stated in the cancellation policy.​​

If the Client disrupts the design process or becomes uncooperative or difficult to work with, Plushbeautyco. reserves the right to cancel the project without providing a refund.

If the Client is dissatisfied with the outcome of a project, we will make every effort to address their concerns during the design process. However, dissatisfaction with the final product does not qualify for a refund. Clients must express any concerns prior to project completion. ​

Please note that any services purchased as instant digital downloads are strictly non-refundable.
