Payment Terms

All services must be paid in full before any work begins. Payments are accepted through official invoices or my website using major debit and credit cards, Klarna,Afterpay ,Affirm & PayPal Processing fees are added . Deposits and partial payments are not accepted. All payments are final and non-refundable once project has begun . 

No Exceptions

 

Project Timeline

Most design services are completed within 2-3 weeks once client submits information .This timeline does not start at booking or payment. Business days only are counted, excluding weekends and holidays. If required information is delayed, your project will be paused and rescheduled. Rush service is available for an additional $40 and allows delivery within 3 business days, except for branding packages and website design.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Because creative services involve time and intellectual property, all sales are final once payment is submitted. If you choose to cancel your project, no refund will be issued and a new payment will be required to rebook.Plush Beauty co reserves the right to end any project if a client becomes unprofessional or difficult to work with, and refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.

 

Client Communication

All required forms and content must be submitted within 7 days of booking. Failure to do so may result in a $50 inconvenience fee or project cancellation.If a client becomes unresponsive for 14–21 daysduring an active project, a $100 restart fee will apply. Projects with no communication for 30 days or more will be automatically closed with no refund and may restrict future booking privileges.
